PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

I have always been the oyster (someone who keeps secrets) to many secrets or you can say that I have been very discreet when it comes to discussing secrets of others. After having a detailed analysis of my past experiences with lots of people and friends, I have come to a conclusion that one common thing is that everyone has problems; irrespective of being small or big, but the fact is that everyone have problems!
Its not about being pessimistic or too complaining about little issues, its not about being the crybaby but the reality is one day or the other we all do complain about petty issues and that’s a FACT. We all do complain, think too much and then get depress because we accumulate a lot of other grievances and frustrations all together.
So, I have come to two conclusions on my own but I surely believe they work to great extent:
1) Most of us are not lonely, tense or depress (unless one intentionally decides to be) we are just bored!
Solution: We are just bored of our routine, we do get too robotic in our daily lives, so just change your surroundings, go to a park, spend sometime with your family outside your home, go to beach for a walk or have a cup of tea with your friends.
2) Sometimes most of us are not that ill rather we need a shoulder to cry on!
Solution: All we need is someone to discuss with, someone to share our joys & sorrows, someone to share our secrets, someone to whom we can speak our heart out ! Your best friend, your siblings, your parents and your spouse could be be one of them someone who listens your problem and dont go finding the solutions, cause sometimes all we need is just an ear who listens not the mind who provide solutions !
As I personally say that “Jaadu ki Jhuppi” and listening with patience are much more powerful than any of the medicines in the whole world !

If you don’t trust me, just give it a try and magical results are guaranteed as very rightly said by
Leo F. Buscaglia:

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”
